Thankful (and the calendar accordion mini download)

It is Thanksgiving day, but Christmas is coming :)
... In September you had the chance to chime in on what kind of download you would like as an early Christmas Stocking stuffer from EW Couture Collection.
Here is the download, as my own little way of saying a very early Merry Christmas to you.

It's been a year filled with adventures, changes, enjoying old friends and forming new friendships, a year filled with blessings, that happened or showed up in many different shapes and forms.

As I think back of all I am and I'm not, all the things I accomplished and the ones I haven't, all the things that I have and the ones I don't, I am thankful. I'm thankful for what I've been given, for friends, for my family, for my health, for the things that I did cross off my list this year... and for all of you. You are such a huge part of EW Couture Collection.
Thank you for the things I learned from you, for kind words, for FB likes, newsletter subcriptions and forwards! :) And for paying it forward :)
I hope you had a great year, and the one coming holds even more amazing things and adventures for you.

And speaking of my little family, while I love them and I'm so very thankful for all three of them, 2 weeks old now, little mister Parker Moses stole my heart! ...and not just mine :)

Free Image Box / Proof Case Templates for Millers's and WHCC

And here is a preview of the free template download for July.
There are two files included: a template for Miller's Lab 5x7 Proof Case (it holds 150 unmounted prints) and a template for WHCC's 5x7 Image Box (it holds 100 unmounted prints).

While my color choices for these files are really strong and rich, you can change theme to fit your business identity’s color scheme or preferences, as needed.
The texture layers can be turned on and off, and you can even switch out the simple rectangular clipping mask for fancier ones you might want to create for your images.

I do have a request from you, before you download this month's free photo template...

What do you prefer?

...so far, I've been creating templates that have simpler backgrounds but are completely adjustable and customizable, and also more fancier and graphically complex ones that come 'as is' with predetermined multiple color option files and backgrounds. Which ones do you like better?

Would you please leave a comment underneath letting me know which style you prefer. 

Do you like the ease of using the templates that have all the colors and backgrounds predetermined, or do you prefer the ability to customize them? Thanks!

Quite possibly, my most favorite template download to date.

June's template download is a marketing trifold brochure for your studio/business. And I think it might be my favorite marketing template for photographers I made available for a free download so far.

I am still working on fitting the artwork to Miller's Lab template guides, and possibly for Mpix, as well (no big promises on that yet, though; will see how much time I can squeeze in for this over the next two days). Note that the files will come in a color scheme that fits January's download - the little marketing set for photographers. (The marketing set was created before the EW Couture blog was born and I never posted that freebie here, so the link will take you to my photography blog, for the preview.)

So, here is a little teaser. (the sample of the outside spread you see here shows an example of how you could customize the colors on the trifold, should you choose to do that).
The files will be available for download on Saturday night.
