Favorite Vendors
These are not sponsored links, but a small collection of some of the photography related vendors that I personally like best. Make sure to dig deeper into their blogs/websites; almost every one of them has free goodies to offer, that you don't want to miss!

Michelle Kane' HeARTy Action Collections come packed with over 80 infinitely customizable actions. Michelle's actions have cut so much time off my editing process. That alone is priceless to me.
What I love even more about Michelle's actions is that they are all about versatility and encouraging creativity. She is not selling a look. HeART and Soul and Creative HeART don't paint you in a corner, or pigeonhole you into a look. It's all in how you combine them. They build upon each other and never require working on a flattened background layer.
Jessica Drossin Textures - AWESOME, extremely affordable texture collections! Make sure you check her video tutorials on textures, for Elements and Photoshop.
Miller's Professional Imaging is the largest professional lab organization in the United States. They provide professional prints and press products of exquisite quality to professional photographers all across United States. The lab developed a reputation for having the highest quality products, customer service, and technologies in the industry. I am honored and proud to carry a line of EW Couture Collection template designs exclusive for Miller's Lab, through their Design Market store.
Crowned Embellishments by Meg Fish Photography - Delicate line of hand made couture crowns for newborn and children's portraiture. If you are a newborn photographer especially, you HAVE to check them out.
I am not a writer, English is not even my first language, and I actually feel a little out of place trying to gather my thoughts and write a few lines about Kristen. She is an excellent writer, knowledgeable and so very witty.
... How about this? If you want to better your business presence (online and offline), please go and visit her website! You will definitely enjoy her collection of articles and all the tips and resources (free and paid) that she has to offer!
Red Leaf Studios - I love the vintage, artsy, almost ethereal look that pretty much any of the paper textures in the Red Leaf collection impregnates in a photograph. They've retired their textures, and while I am a big fan of some of their old actions (the Red Leaf Vintage I & II and Red Leaf Retro) the actions in the four collections they currently offer are quite awesome.
Served up Fresh offers just that - common sense business tools for the portrait photographer. Easy as Pie is probably the most popular of all of them, for now, anyway. Alicia made this guide SO MUCH MORE than just a book filled with pricing formulas. Written in a very personal, down to earth, easy to follow manner it is funny, inspiring, and throughout packed with solid, pertinent information. You leave empowered to be amazing, to run a business and not a hobby.
I found Crave Photography's online Mentoring Session quite educational and mind opening. Even though I knew quite a bit about processing before I had the mentoring session with Andee, I can still honestly say that the session was extremely valuable and educational for me.
She shows you how to use tools that you already have and she teaches you new ones. It was a really eye opening, enlightening experience. It is amazing how the little things make such a huge difference!
She uses a number of photoshop actions for some of the steps she takes in her processing. While I own close to none of the actions she uses I was still able to achieve the looks I was after, following what she taught me, by using actions from my own collection of actions I've purchased over the last few years.
The e-books, audio files and educational videos that Zach offers are easy to follow, very educational and the practical advise that he shares is easy to implement. Make sure to check out all the free info and the articles that he shares on his blog to help photographers get more clients through their online presence.
